结合当前数字化仪控系统(DCS)控制技术发展现状,福建福清核电有限公司自主研发了核电行业内首个稳态参数监测平台。以解决问题为目的,确定研发目标;以DCS为基础,构建监测平台;以安全生产为核心,聚焦稳态参数;以精准预警为目标,精细平台展示;以精益求精为导向,持续功能拓展;以推广应用为愿景,创新优化无止境,成功实现“DCS阈值监控”和“稳态趋势分析”双互补的监控模式,有效解决了当前DCS阈值监测的弊端,实现了运行参数的智能监测和自动预警,从“人找问题”的模式转变到“问题找人”,大大提高核电操作员的工作效率和核电机组安全水平,实现核电机组监控的精细化、智能化提升。稳态参数监测平台的成功构建与实施,实现了运行技术和信息化思维的深度融合,实现了机组安全和经济效益提高,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
Abstract:Combined with the current development status of DCS control technology, Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant has independently developed the first steady-state parameter monitoring platform in the nuclear power industry. The project determines the R&D goals with an aim to solve problems, builds a monitoring platform based on the DCS system, focuses on steady-state parameters with safety production as the core, showcases a refined platform targeted towards precise warning, continues functional expansion driven by excellence pursuit, boundlessly innovates and optimizes for widespread application. We have successfully achieved a dual complementary monitoring mode of “DCS threshold monitoring” and “steady-state trend analysis”, effectively solving the drawbacks of current DCS threshold monitoring, realizing intelligent monitoring and automatic warning of operating parameters, and shifting from“manual defect detection” to “automated defect detection”, greatly improving the work efficiency of nuclear power operators and the safety level of nuclear power plants, and realizing the refinement and intelligence improvement of nuclear power plant monitoring. The successful construction and implementation of the steady-state parameter monitoring platform has achieved a deep integration of operational technology and information thinking, improved the unit safety and economic benefits, and has broad prospects for promotion and application.
