我国核电抗震设计主要使用的标准有:美国标准(ASME)、法国标准(RCC)、国标和俄罗斯标准。其中美国标准、法国标准和国标在总体结构、设计思路、分析方法和制造方法上基本一致。俄罗斯标准自成一个独立的系统,它与其余4种标准体系有许多类似,同时也存在差异。本文通过对核2、3级设备抗震分类方法、载荷组合方式、各工况评定准则、基本许用应力取值方法等方面进行了对比,得到不同规范体系下设计的安全裕度,为国标设计规范的完善和核2、3设备国产化提供参考。
Abstract:The main standards used for China's nuclear power design are American standards(ASME), French standards(RCC), GB Codes and Russian Federation standards. American standards, French standards and GB Codes are basically consistent in the overall structure, design ideas, analytical methods and manufacturing methods. The Russian standards are an independent system, with many similarities and differences among other four standard systems. This article compares the seismic classification methods, load combination methods, evaluation criteria for various working conditions, and basic allowable stress value methods for nuclear grade-2 and grade-3 equipment, and obtains the safety margins designed under different regulatory systems, providing reference for the improvement of national standard design specifications and the localization of nuclear grade-2 and grade-3 equipment.
